Adjunctive Cancer Care

After many of his friends and family members had been affected by cancer Dr. Devin Wilson decided to dedicate time to further understanding cancer and researching effective and safe therapies.

As Dr. Wilson is not an oncologist a more thorough understanding of cancer metabolism and conventional treatment was required which led him on to a sabbatical for research and then more clinical training.

After he reviewed scores of conventional literature on cancer biology, cancer metabolism and cancer treatments, Dr. Wilson read the work by Otto Heinrich Warburg and other early medical pioneers which led to him review dozens and dozens of more contemporary published articles on cancer metabolism and new and emerging treatments. Overlapping with this research sabbatical, Dr. Wilson spent two years in San Francisco, California co-managing patients and providing integrative cancer support to patients with various types of cancer including breast, ovarian, uterine, prostate, melanoma, sarcoma, etc.

Dr. Wilson respects conventional doctors who use the triad of chemotherapy, radiation and surgery but feels there is often more to offer patients for both quality of life and treatment. Dr. Wilson strongly believes our best ally in defending our body against cancer is our own immune system that is why he uses therapies to support the our body’s natural defense processes as well as using direct cancer agents. Dr. Wilson has experience treating many different types and stages of cancer.

Dr. Wilson hopes to support patients in their quest for comprehensive cancer treatment and optimal quality of life. He looks forward to collaborating with other health professionals in order to provide the best care possible.
